Inno3D to release iChill GeForce GTX 280

After several months without new models iChill3D family Inno3D company has received a new member, GeForce GTX 280 Extreme Edition. The new card is equipped with Arctic Cooling accelerate Xtreme VGA cooler with five heatpipe's and three 80mm diameter fan who work on the speed between 700 and 2000 RPM. The card has a 512-bit memory interface, 1024MB GDDR3 memory, DirectX10 support, PhysX support and dual-DVI. Despite very good cooling capabilities of this card still has the relevant working stroke and the core work on 602MHz, 240 stream processors and 2214MHz memory clock.

More family members of 40nm GT200

In addition to GT212 GPU, nVidia plans to introduce GT214 and GT216 GPUs that will be made using 40nm technology to the mainstream market during the third quarter of 2009.
