Sunnyvale, California-based Advanced Micro Devices has recently announced a series of new additions to its computer hardware lineup, including the much anticipated RV790-based Radeon HD4890 graphics card.
One of the main features of the company's latest high-performance, single-GPU graphics card is that it will provide computer enthusiasts with a GPU that can go as high as 1GHz per core although the reference board comes with a GPU speed of 850MHz.
Fortunately, for those that are always looking for the ultimate in GPU performance, Sapphire, one of AMD's leading partners, is expected to roll out the Radeon HD4890 Atomic edition.
