At 2.28 pounds, the Inspiron Mini 9 is very easy to tote around. Dell says they are targeting teens and travelers who want to surf the web from anywhere. However, if you are willing to pay the monthly fee for web service, it’s hard to not snag a new unit at this price. Other features includes an Intel Atom N270 processor, 512MB of memory, an 8GB hard drive, Windows XP, and 4 hours of battery life.
