Large Japanese electronic company Panasonic intends to make a public offer for the purchase of other Japanese company Sanyo. This offer include all Sanyo clients. Panasonic suggested price of 131 yen per share. This means that it is ready to pay more than 800 billion yen (about seven billion euros) to become the most important Japanese electronic companies in addition to Sony and Hitachi.
